InstaWorld “Shipper Not Available”: what it means
Booked
InstaWorld "Shipper Not Available" means the rider came to collect the parcel from you and could not. It is a pickup problem. Your customer has not been visited and has not refused anything.
"Shipper" means you, not the customer. People often read this as a failed delivery because it looks like InstaWorld's other "not available" status. It is not. Make sure someone is at the pickup point with the parcel ready, or ask InstaWorld to send the rider again.
ShipOps does not count it as a delivery attempt. The parcel stays booked and waiting for pickup until a real pickup happens.
What to do now
| Your move | A pickup problem on your side, not a failed delivery. Check that someone was at the pickup address and the parcel was ready. |

How ShipOps reads it
Booked Booked, not yet collected. A booking that has not been scanned by the courier 48 hours later goes on ShipOps' awaiting-pickup list. It is not a delivery problem yet; it is usually a pickup that was missed or a parcel that never left the store, and the fix is a call to the courier, not the customer.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
