DigiDokaan “Booked”: what it means
Booked Also printed as Shipment - Booked · PARCEL CREATED AT
DigiDokaan Booked means the order is on DigiDokaan and has a tracking number, but no courier has scanned it yet. The parcel is still with you, or waiting for pickup. Nothing has moved.
It is one of DigiDokaan's own top-line statuses, the same whichever courier carries the parcel. Usually there are no scans under it yet. The courier's first scan comes later in its own words: Shipment picked in LAHORE MAIN CITY on Leopard, Shipment - Booked or PARCEL CREATED AT on the others.
Next comes On Route, once the courier collects. A parcel that sits on Booked for days was never handed over, or the pickup was missed. Check your pickup before you chase the courier.
What to do now
| Your move | Booked on DigiDokaan, not yet collected by the courier. |
|---|---|
| The customer | The customer may already be asking where the parcel is. Nothing has left yet, so check your pickup, not the courier. |
How ShipOps reads it
Booked Booked, not yet collected. A booking that has not been scanned by the courier 48 hours later goes on ShipOps' awaiting-pickup list. It is not a delivery problem yet; it is usually a pickup that was missed or a parcel that never left the store, and the fix is a call to the courier, not the customer.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
