Leopards “Cancelled”: what it means
Cancelled
On Leopards, Cancelled means the booking was cancelled before the parcel moved: the consignment number is dead and no rider will come for it. You can cancel from the Leopards portal, or from the order in ShipOps.
It usually comes straight after Pickup Request not Send. A cancelled consignment number can still turn up when you search for the order on Leopards, which is why it can seem to come back.
It does not cancel the order in your store. If you rebooked the order on a new consignment number, the new one carries the order and the old one stays cancelled. ShipOps keeps cancelled consignments closed and does not link them to your orders.

How ShipOps reads it
Cancelled Cancelled before it moved. ShipOps closes the parcel and takes it off every working list. The store order itself is untouched, so if it still needs to go, it can be booked again.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Leopards statuses →
