Leopards “Pickup Request not Send”: what it means

Booked

On Leopards, Pickup Request not Send means the parcel is booked and has a consignment number, but no pickup has been requested and no rider has collected it. The spelling is Leopards' own. Every new Leopards booking starts here, including one made from ShipOps.

Leopards shows a parcel from this point, before any scan, so a new booking appears straight away. The next status is normally Shipment picked in {city}, once the rider collects it.

It does not mean Leopards has your parcel or knows to come for it. If a parcel stays here more than a day, it is usually still on your shelf. Request a pickup or call Leopards.

What to do now

Your move Booked, waiting for the rider. Chase Leopards if it sits here more than a day.

How ShipOps reads it

Booked Booked, not yet collected. A booking that has not been scanned by the courier 48 hours later goes on ShipOps' awaiting-pickup list. It is not a delivery problem yet; it is usually a pickup that was missed or a parcel that never left the store, and the fix is a call to the courier, not the customer.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Leopards statuses →
