Leopards statuses

Every Leopards tracking status, explained

Leopards prints 12 statuses a merchant actually sees on a parcel. Each one below has its own page: what is physically happening, what to do now, and where it usually goes next. They are grouped by what the parcel needs from you, which is not always what the words suggest.

Booked, not yet collected

Booked
Pickup Request not Send Booked, waiting for the rider. Chase Leopards if it sits here more than a day.

Moving inside the courier's network

In transit
Shipment picked in {city} Collected by the Leopards rider. Leopards has the parcel now.
Dispatched to {city} On the road to the customer's city.
Arrived at Station in {city} At the Leopards station in the named city. A rider usually takes it out next.
Assigned to courier in {city} With the rider today. A message to the customer helps the visit succeed.

A delivery failed, the courier still has it

Attempt failed
Pending The rider came back without delivering, and Leopards will try again on its own. ShipOps shows it as a failed visit so your team can call the customer.

The courier is waiting for your decision

Needs your decision
Ready for Return The last stop before the parcel comes back. Leopards is asking you to choose: retry (with a corrected address if that was the problem) or return. Answer from the order in ShipOps.

Handed to the customer

Delivered
Delivered Delivered to the customer. The COD comes on a Leopards invoice; until then ShipOps shows it under "courier owes you".

On its way back to you

Coming back
Return to Origin in {city} The return has started. Plan for the parcel to arrive.

Back with you

Returned to you
Return To Sender Back with you. Check it in so the order can be cancelled and restocked if that switch is on.
Delivered to Warehouse A return, not a delivery. The parcel came back to you or your warehouse. Never mark the order paid on this phrase.

Cancelled before it moved

Cancelled
Cancelled Cancelled before pickup.

The failed-visit reasons, how Leopards connects and what ShipOps does with each parcel are on the Leopards page; how Leopards pays your COD is on Leopards COD payments.
