InstaWorld “cancelled”: what it means
Cancelled Also printed as Void
InstaWorld cancelled means the booking was cancelled before InstaWorld picked the parcel up. Nothing moved and no delivery was tried. InstaWorld's tracker may also show Void for a cancelled booking; it means the same.
InstaWorld only lets you cancel while the parcel still shows uncollected. After pickup, a change of mind is a return. If you book the same order again, it gets a new tracking number.
ShipOps shows it as cancelled and stops tracking it.

How ShipOps reads it
Cancelled Cancelled before it moved. ShipOps closes the parcel and takes it off every working list. The store order itself is untouched, so if it still needs to go, it can be booked again.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
The same state on other couriers
