Leopards “Shipment picked in {city}”: what it means

In transit

On Leopards, Shipment picked in {city} means a Leopards rider has collected the parcel from you, in the city named, for example Shipment picked in ABBOTTABAD. From now on Leopards has the parcel and is responsible for it.

It is the first scan on a Leopards parcel and follows Pickup Request not Send. Next comes Dispatched to {city} as the parcel leaves for the customer's city, often within hours.

If a parcel was picked but never shows a next scan, raise it with Leopards and quote the consignment number. From this point a missing parcel is Leopards' problem to answer for, not yours.

What to do now

Your move Collected by the Leopards rider. Leopards has the parcel now.

How ShipOps reads it

In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Leopards statuses →
