Shipnoc “After call Re Attempt”: what it means

Attempt failed

Shipnoc After call Re Attempt means the courier called the customer after a delivery did not happen and has planned another try. It gives no reason. The parcel has not been delivered.

It can run for days: Shipnoc may show it once a day for several days on a parcel still not delivered. Some of these end delivered, some come back. The reason, when there is one, is on the failed visit before it.

ShipOps shows the parcel in your Action Inbox with that earlier reason, such as "refused" or "not available". A parcel sitting on this day after day needs a call from you, not more waiting.

What to do now

Your move Shipnoc rang the customer and will try again. Still a failed visit; reach the customer yourself too.
The customer The customer has already had a call from the courier. A second one from the store, naming the order, often gets a firmer answer.
Retry or return Shipnoc does not take a retry or return instruction from outside its own portal, so the answer goes in by hand; ShipOps still shows the parcel with its reason and links you there.

How ShipOps reads it

Attempt failed A delivery failed, the courier still has it. The parcel goes into the Action Inbox with the courier's reason in plain words. The useful move is to reach the customer before the next attempt; ShipOps puts the call and WhatsApp buttons on the row and counts the attempts made so far.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
