Shipnoc “Wrong Destination”: what it means
Needs your decision
Shipnoc Wrong Destination means the parcel ended up in the wrong city. It is not a delivery visit; it is a routing problem, and someone has to sort it out before the parcel can go anywhere useful.
Start with the city on the booking. A city that does not match the address sends the parcel to the wrong place.
Once you know where the parcel should go, tell your Shipnoc contact. ShipOps keeps it in your Action Inbox with an address reason until it moves.
What to do now
| Your move | The parcel went to the wrong city. Check the city on the booking first. |
|---|---|
| Retry or return | Shipnoc does not take a retry or return instruction from outside its own portal, so the answer goes in by hand; ShipOps still shows the parcel with its reason and links you there. |

How ShipOps reads it
Needs your decision The courier is waiting for your decision. This is the window where an instruction still changes the outcome. ShipOps raises the parcel to the top of the Action Inbox, and where the courier lets ShipOps send a retry or return, the buttons on the row file it with the courier directly.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Shipnoc statuses →
