TCS “Partial Piece Delivered”: what it means
POK Needs your decision Also printed as Partial delivery
TCS POK Partial Piece Delivered means some pieces of a multi-piece shipment were handed over and the rest were not. PD Partial delivery means the same. TCS's portal shows it in green, like a delivery.
It is not a delivery. TCS collects and pays less than the order total on a partial, so treating it as delivered means expecting money TCS will never pay. ShipOps never shows POK or PD as delivered. It puts them in Needs attention and warns you when the payment comes in short.
Ask TCS where the remaining pieces are, and check the COD amount on the weekly invoice before you mark the order paid.
What to do now
| Your move | Part of a multi-piece shipment delivered. Find out where the rest is, and check the COD on the invoice before marking the order paid. |
|---|---|
| Retry or return | TCS takes a retry or return instruction only while the parcel is in its review window. ShipOps raises the parcel when that window opens and files the instruction from the order. |
| Attempts | TCS tries 3 times before it starts a return. |

How ShipOps reads it
Needs your decision The courier is waiting for your decision. This is the window where an instruction still changes the outcome. ShipOps raises the parcel to the top of the Action Inbox, and where the courier lets ShipOps send a retry or return, the buttons on the row file it with the courier directly.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All TCS statuses →
