Trax “Replacement - Delivered to Shipper”: what it means
Returned to you
Trax "Replacement - Delivered to Shipper" means a parcel on Trax's Replacement service has been handed back to you. What that means for the order depends on whether Replacement - Collected appeared earlier.
If the swap happened first, this is the old item your customer gave back, and the order was delivered. If there was no swap, the customer refused the replacement and the parcel came back, ending with exactly the same words.
ShipOps shows it as returned when there was no swap. When the swap is in the tracking history, ShipOps keeps the order as delivered. Check the history before you restock or refund.
What to do now

How ShipOps reads it
Returned to you Back with you. The parcel is closed as returned. ShipOps checks the courier's payouts for the return charge, so a return billed twice or a return marked delivered on a receipt is caught.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
