DigiDokaan “Return In Transit”: what it means

Coming back Also printed as Return - In Transit · Return - Arrived at Origin · Return - Dispatched

DigiDokaan Return In Transit means the parcel is on its way back to you after a failed delivery. It stays at the top for the whole return trip, whichever courier carries it, until the parcel is handed back.

The courier's scans under it show where it is: Return - In Transit, then Return - Arrived at Origin, then Return - Dispatched toward you. "Arrived at Origin" means the courier's office in your city, not your door.

A parcel can sit here for days. ShipOps keeps the reason from the failed delivery so the return counts under its cause. It ends at Return - Delivered to Shipper or, on Leopard, Return To Sender.

What to do now

Your move Coming back through the courier. Expect it at your pickup address.

How ShipOps reads it

Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All DigiDokaan statuses →
