InstaWorld “Pickup Done”: what it means

In transit

InstaWorld "Pickup Done" means a rider has collected the parcel from you. The parcel is now in InstaWorld's hands. From here on it can no longer be cancelled; if the order changes, it has to come back as a return.

It follows uncollected. What comes next depends on which courier InstaWorld uses for the parcel. You may see HandOver to Courier, a hub arrival, or a plain In Transit.

ShipOps shows the parcel as in transit. If you still have doubts about a COD order, settle them before this point. After it, the cost of changing your mind is a return.

What to do now

Your move Collected from you. Nothing to do.

How ShipOps reads it

In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
