PostEx “Departed to PostEx. Warehouse”: what it means
0031 In transit Also printed as Departed to PostEx Warehouse · Picked By PostEx · Picked
PostEx 0031 Departed to PostEx. Warehouse means a PostEx rider has collected the parcel from you and is taking it to PostEx's warehouse. This is the pickup. From here the parcel is in PostEx's hands, not yours.
Before it you saw 0001 At {store} Warehouse. Next is usually 0003 Received at Warehouse, when PostEx scans it in. In the PostEx portal you may also see this stage as Picked By PostEx or Picked. They mean the same thing.
The full stop after PostEx is how PostEx writes it. This status does not tell you the delivery day; it only says the parcel has left you. ShipOps shows it as In transit.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All PostEx statuses →
