PostEx “Received at Warehouse”: what it means
0003 In transit Also printed as At PostEx Warehouse · PostEx Warehouse · In Stock
PostEx 0003 Received at Warehouse means PostEx has scanned the parcel in at its warehouse after pickup. It is being sorted and will be sent on toward the customer's city. Nothing is wrong and nothing is needed from you.
It follows 0031 Departed to PostEx. Warehouse. Next is normally 0033 Departed to {city}. In the portal you may see this stage as At PostEx Warehouse, PostEx Warehouse or In Stock.
Be careful with In Stock in the PostEx order list. PostEx uses the same word when the parcel has reached the customer's city and is 0038 Waiting for Delivery. So that word alone does not tell you which end of the trip the parcel is at. ShipOps shows the actual stage, here In transit.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All PostEx statuses →
