M&P “Arrived at OPS Facility”: what it means

3 In transit

On M&P, 3 Arrived at OPS Facility means M&P has scanned the parcel in at its hub in your city. The note under it reads "Arrived at origin hub." This is the handover: from here M&P has the parcel and is responsible for it.

From this scan the parcel appears on M&P's reports, and from here M&P can owe you money for it. Once it is delivered, the payment that covers it will be marked against it.

It usually comes after 1 Booked and before 4 In-transit. You will not usually see a status 2 between them; that gap is normal.

What to do now

Your move M&P has the parcel and has scanned it at its hub. Nothing to do.

How ShipOps reads it

In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All M&P statuses →
