Trax “Arrived at Origin”: what it means
In transit Also printed as Shipment - Arrived at Origin
Trax "Arrived at Origin" means the parcel has reached Trax's facility in the city it was booked from and is being sorted to go to your customer's city.
It comes after Rider Picked. Watch for its look-alike, Return - Arrived at Origin, which means the opposite: the parcel is back in your city on its way home. Check for "Return -" at the front before you relax.
ShipOps shows this one as in transit.

How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
