Trax “Return - Arrived at Origin”: what it means

Coming back

Trax "Return - Arrived at Origin" means the returning parcel has reached Trax's facility in your city. It is close to home but not with you yet.

It follows Return - In Transit and comes before Return - Dispatched. The outgoing Arrived at Origin uses the same words for the start of the journey; "Return -" tells them apart.

ShipOps shows it as returning. If you track returns by hand, this is a good day to make sure someone will be at the pickup address.

What to do now

How ShipOps reads it

Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
