Trax “Return - Dispatched”: what it means

Coming back

Trax "Return - Dispatched" means the returning parcel has left Trax's facility for your address. It is the last step before the parcel is handed back to you.

It follows Return - Arrived at Origin, and next is Return - Delivered to Shipper. Despite the word "dispatched", nothing is going to your customer.

ShipOps shows it as returning. Check the parcel when it arrives, in front of the rider if you can, so a missing item is raised the same day.

What to do now

Your move On its way to your address. Have someone ready to receive and count it.

How ShipOps reads it

Coming back On its way back to you. The return is committed, so ShipOps stops suggesting retries and moves the parcel to the returns list. When it lands, checking it in records that you have the goods back, and the return charge is counted against the order.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
