Trax “Return - Confirm”: what it means

Coming back

Trax "Return - Confirm" means the return has been confirmed. You see it after the shipper chooses return. The parcel will now be sent back to you instead of to the customer.

It follows Shipper Advise Requested. Next come the return steps, Return - In Transit and the rest, ending in Return - Delivered to Shipper.

It is not always the end of the sale. Trax does sometimes send the parcel out again after this, and when it does, ShipOps follows the newer update and the parcel can still be delivered. Until then, ShipOps shows it as returning.

What to do now

Your move The return is confirmed. Plan for it, or ask for a retry if the customer has come back to you.
The customer A customer who missed the rider may call now. If they do, ask Trax for a retry before the parcel leaves their city.

How ShipOps reads it
