Trax “Return - Delivered to Shipper”: what it means
Returned to you
Trax "Return - Delivered to Shipper" means the returned parcel has been handed back to you. The return is complete. "Delivered" here means delivered to you, not to the customer.
It is the last return step, after Return - Dispatched. Do not let the word "delivered" fool you or your team: this parcel is a lost sale, not a sale.
ShipOps shows it as returned and stops tracking it. On Trax's payment the return shows as a "Returned" line with a return charge of ₨10 plus GST, on top of the freight already charged, and nothing collected. See how Trax pays COD.

How ShipOps reads it
Returned to you Back with you. The parcel is closed as returned. ShipOps checks the courier's payouts for the return charge, so a return billed twice or a return marked delivered on a receipt is caught.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
The same state on other couriers
