InstaWorld “At Destination warehouse”: what it means
In transit
InstaWorld "At Destination warehouse" means the parcel has reached the warehouse in your customer's city. The long journey is done. Next is normally Out for delivery.
This is also where the parcel comes back to after a failed visit. InstaWorld's call centre then phones the customer and records the outcome as a note, such as Refused marked By Insta. A note after this status is normal.
ShipOps shows it as in transit. If a call-centre note follows, ShipOps moves the parcel to your inbox as a failed delivery with that reason.
What to do now
| Your move | In the customer's city. Delivery is usually next; make sure the customer expects it. |
|---|---|
| The customer | A message now, before the rider calls, saves attempts. The customer answers a call they were told to expect. |
How ShipOps reads it
In transit Moving inside the courier's network. Nothing for you to do, so ShipOps keeps it out of your Action Inbox. It does watch the clock: a parcel still in transit five days on, never attempted, goes on the Stuck list, where the lever is an escalation to the courier.
ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All InstaWorld statuses →
