Trax “Delivered”: what it means

Delivered Also printed as Shipment - Delivered

Trax "Delivered" means the rider handed the parcel to your customer and collected the COD. Trax shows it as Shipment - Delivered. The delivery is done; what is left is the payment.

Not every status with "delivered" in it means this. Return - Delivered to Shipper is a return reaching you, and "Not Delivered" is a failure. ShipOps reads the whole status, never the single word.

The COD comes on a weekly Trax payment, usually the one after delivery, with 2% withholding tax and 2% sales tax deducted. ShipOps watches for the payment and tells you if it does not come. See how Trax pays COD.

What to do now

Your move Done. The COD comes on the next weekly Trax payment after delivery.

How ShipOps reads it

Delivered Handed to the customer. Delivered is where the money question starts. ShipOps writes the delivery back to your store, then watches the courier's payouts for this parcel's COD and raises it if it is not paid within the courier's usual cycle.

ShipOps shows every courier's parcels in the same few plain states, so your team learns one set of words instead of one per courier. All Trax statuses →
