How Oshi Courier pays your COD, and how to check it

Oshi Courier pays your COD to your registered bank account weekly or bi-weekly, and its terms give you 7 days from the expected payment date to raise a dispute. Oshi does not share payment data with ShipOps, so upload the statement: ShipOps checks every row, matches each line to a parcel, and lists every delivered parcel that is on no statement as owed to you.

When Oshi Courier pays

Oshi's terms say payments are transferred on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to the shipper's registered bank account. Its homepage also talks about faster settlement; the terms are the text that binds, so plan on weekly or bi-weekly. After you upload a few statements, ShipOps can show you your usual rhythm.

The same terms say any dispute about a payment must be raised within 7 days of the expected payment date. That window is short. Upload each statement when it arrives, so a missing parcel or a short payment is found while you can still raise it.

What the Oshi Courier payout receipt contains

The statement is the sheet Oshi sends you, usually one row per parcel: tracking number, COD collected, the partner courier's charges, tax and net amount. It comes as a PDF, CSV or Excel file. ShipOps reads it, checks that every row adds up, matches each line to your order, and remembers the layout for next time.

Where the money goes wrong

These are the discrepancies ShipOps finds on Oshi Courier receipts, in the order they usually cost the most:

  • Delivered, on no statement. Once you have the statements for the period, these are the parcels to ask Oshi about, inside its 7-day window.
  • Short collected. The COD on a statement row is less than the order's COD.
  • Charges different from the quote. The partner courier's charge on the statement does not match what you were quoted at booking. The statement is what you were actually charged.
  • A return charged as a delivery. A parcel that came back to you, priced as if it was delivered.

What ShipOps does with a Oshi Courier payout

You upload the statement

Upload the statement on the Money screen. ShipOps checks every row, matches the lines to your parcels and files it. Uploading is never charged. The Money screen shows what reached your bank, what Oshi still owes you, and what is at risk.

What ShipOps does not claim for Oshi Courier.

ShipOps cannot see an Oshi payment until you upload the statement. "Courier owes you" for Oshi is only as up to date as your last upload.

ShipOps does not raise the dispute for you. It shows you which parcels to raise, with their tracking numbers and delivery dates, so you can send them to Oshi.
